We also participate with Community Health Partners and are thus affiliated with many, many other major medical plans including providers for Collier County Government, Collier County Schools, Naples Community Hospital and Collier County Sheriffs Office.
We are also a provider for all employees of the City of Naples.
In addition we specialize and are licensed to treat Workers Compensation and Personal Injury (car accident, slip & fall) patients.
For all of the above cases we bill your insurance company as a courtesy for you but we can not guarantee their payment of benefits. We will call your insurance company for you on your initial visit and inform you what benefits you should have with your particular insurance plan.
