The clinic is located approximately 1 mile east of Santa Barbara Blvd or 1 west of 951 on the south side of Golden Gate Pkwy. Burger King and Pollo Tropical restaurants are located immediately across the street from the clinic on the North side of Golden Gate Pkwy. We are located in a 2 story building shared with Allstate Insurance.
